How do you spot a cheater? The system blocks obvious bots, but human cheaters are smarter. Here is how to catch them and manually ban them.

🕵️ patterns to Look For

Go to your Leads Dashboard and scan for these red flags:

1. The “Dot Trick” (Gmail)

• Pattern:

  • [email protected]
• What it is: Gmail treats these as the same email, but many systems treat them as unique. Valid emails, but abusive behavior.

2. Sequential Numbers

• Pattern:
  • [email protected]
  • [email protected]
  • [email protected]
• Action: If you see 10 of these in one minute, it’s a script or a very determined user.

3. The 1-Minute Spree

• Pattern: 5 spins from the same IP address in 60 seconds.
• Action: Block immediately. No human buys products that fast.

🔨 How to Block Them

Once you identified the culprit:

1. In Dashboard: Hover over their row and click the Shield Icon. This blocks their IP and Device.
2. In Settings: If you have their IP from another source (e.g., your server logs), go to Settings > Security and paste it into the “Manual Block” field.
