Managing Your Marketing Fleet
The Campaigns screen is your command center for every spin-to-win experience you build with Ultimate Spin Wheel. Open the plugin from your WordPress admin and use the sidebar to switch between Dashboard (analytics), Campaigns (this management list), Leads, Settings, and Support. Whether you are running a single evergreen wheel or managing dozens of seasonal offers, the Campaigns screen lets you create, organize, monitor, and launch your campaigns from one place.
This guide explains every card, control, and action you will find on the Campaigns management screen, and points you to where the deeper analytics live.
The Summary Cards
At the top of the Campaigns screen, three summary cards give you an instant pulse on your library:
- Total Campaigns: The count of every campaign you have created, in any state.
- Active Now: Campaigns whose status is enabled and currently running.
- Scheduled: Campaigns with a start date set in the future, waiting to launch (scheduling with a date range is a Pro feature).
Where the Performance Metrics Live
Per-campaign performance numbers are not shown in the Campaigns list itself. To see impressions, spins, and conversion rates, open the Dashboard tab in the plugin sidebar. The analytics screen reports:
- Impressions / Engagements: How many times the wheel or popup was shown to visitors. If this is low, your targeting may be too restrictive or your display trigger is holding it back.
- Spins: How many visitors actually completed the form and spun the wheel. This is your raw volume of captured leads.
- Conversion Rate: The share of impressions that turned into spins. A healthy spin wheel commonly converts far better than a plain popup, so aim for the 10–15% range and rework your headline, background, or prizes if you fall well below it.
Creating a Campaign
To add a new campaign, type a name into the New Campaign Title field at the top of the screen and click Create. The campaign is created with sensible defaults and appears immediately in the list, where you can open it to configure the wheel, prizes, form, and display rules. There is no limit on the number of campaigns you can create in the free plugin.
Status: Active or Disabled
Every campaign has a simple on/off toggle in the Status column:
- Active (green): The campaign is live and can be shown to visitors according to its display rules.
- Disabled (gray): The campaign is saved but hidden from visitors. Prepare a “Black Friday” wheel weeks ahead, leave it disabled, and simply flip the toggle to Active on launch morning.
The Schedule column shows Always Active by default. If a start and end date have been set, those dates appear here instead. Running a campaign on a fixed date range (automatic launch and expiry) is a Pro feature; on the free plugin you control timing with the Active/Disabled toggle.
Row Actions
Each campaign row has a set of action buttons on the right:
- Live Preview: Opens the campaign in a preview so you can see the wheel exactly as a visitor would, without publishing changes to real traffic.
- Edit: Opens the full campaign builder to configure the wheel design, prizes, form, behavior, and targeting.
- Duplicate (Pro): Clones a campaign with all of its settings. This is ideal for A/B testing — copy a winning campaign, change one thing (for example the background color), and run the two side by side using different page targeting to see which earns more spins.
- Delete: Permanently removes the campaign after a confirmation prompt. This keeps your library clean by clearing out old, finished experiments.
Actions are performed one campaign at a time; there is no multi-select or bulk-actions dropdown on this screen.
Searching Your Campaigns
As your library grows, use the Search campaigns box above the list to filter by name instantly. Type any part of a campaign title and the table narrows as you type. A quick tip: adopt a naming convention such as “[Mobile] Summer Sale” so you can type “Mobile” to isolate all of your mobile campaigns at once. Live Active and Total counters next to the search box always show how many campaigns are running versus how many exist.
Exporting Your Data
Export is handled from two dedicated screens rather than from a per-campaign button in this list:
- Leads tab — CSV export: Open the Leads screen to view captured entries and download them as a CSV file. You can filter by campaign and lead stage before exporting, so you get exactly the records you need. Lead capture, the lead dashboard, and CSV export are all included free.
- Dashboard tab — PDF report: The analytics Dashboard has an Export PDF button that produces a shareable summary report of your engagement metrics — handy for sending results to a client or manager.
Exactly which visitor details are stored (such as IP address) depends on your privacy and GDPR settings, which you control in the global Settings screen.

Conclusion
The Campaigns screen is where your strategy takes shape: create campaigns, toggle them Active or Disabled, preview and edit them, and search your growing library. Pair it with the analytics Dashboard to watch impressions, spins, and conversion rates, and use the Leads screen to export your captured contacts.
