- PII (Personally Identifiable Information): The CSV contains emails and names. Do not email this file unencrypted. If sharing it, use a secure drive (Google Drive / Dropbox) or zip it with a password.
4. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Can I automate this? (Scheduled Emails) A: Currently, the native plugin is “On Demand” only. However, you can use our Zapier Integration to send every new lead to a Google Sheet automatically, which essentially creates a “Live Report” that never needs exporting.
Q: The PDF characters are weird? (Encoding) A: We use standard UTF-8 font encoding (DejaVu Sans). This supports 99% of languages, including Cyrillic, Greek, and Arabic basic characters. If you see “???” characters for Asian languages, please contact support for a specialized font pack.
Q: My CSV is empty? A: Check your filters. If you filtered for “Yesterday” but had no spins yesterday, the CSV will legally be empty (headers only). Clear your filters and try again.
