Managing Your Marketing Fleet
The Campaign Analytics Dashboard is the first screen you see when you click “Spin Wheel” in your WordPress admin. It is more than just a list; it is a high-level command center designed to give you an instant pulse on your Lead Tracking System.
Whether you are running a single evergreen campaign or managing dozens of seasonal “Split Tests,” this dashboard provides the tools you need to organize, monitor, and optimize your efforts.
This guide explains every column, button, and filter available in the dashboard management area.
1. The Key Metrics (KPIs)
To make data-driven decisions, you need to understand the metrics. We display three key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign directly in the list view.
A. Impressions (Views)
- Definition: The number of times the wheel trigger or popup was loaded on a user’s screen.
- Analysis: If this number is low, your Display Settings might be too restrictive (e.g., targeting a page with no traffic) or your “Display Frequency” cookies are preventing it from showing.
B. Spins (Conversions)
- Definition: The number of times a user actually filled out the form and clicked “Spin.”
- Analysis: This is your raw volume of leads. A high number here means your offer is compelling.
C. CTR (Click-Through Rate / Win Rate)
- Definition: calculated as
(Spins / Impressions) * 100. - Benchmark: A typical popup converts at 1-3%. A well-optimized Spin Wheel often sees a Marketing KPI Tracking of 10-15%.
- Optimization: If your impressions are high but your CTR is low (e.g., < 2%), it means people are seeing the wheel but choosing not to play. Consider changing your headline, your background image, or your prize offerings.
2. Status Management
You can toggle the state of any campaign instantly.
- Active (Green): The campaign is live and visible to visitors.
- Paused / Draft (Gray): The campaign is saved but hidden.
- Use Case: You can prepare your “Black Friday” campaign weeks in advance. Keep it in “Draft” mode, and then simply toggle it to “Active” on Friday morning.
- Scheduled (Blue): The campaign is set to run in the future based on date rules.
3. Bulk Actions & Workflow
Managing 50 campaigns one by one is tedious. We provide tools for efficiency.
Duplicate (Cloning)
- The Feature: Hover over any campaign name and click “Duplicate.”
- A/B Testing Spin Wheel: This is crucial for optimization.
- Step 1: Create “Campaign A” with a Red background.
- Step 2: Duplicate it to create “Campaign B.”
- Step 3: Change “Campaign B” to a Blue background.
- Step 4: Run both for a week (using different page targeting or 50/50 split traffic if you have a traffic manager) and see which one gets more spins.
Bulk Delete
- Cleanup: Select multiple campaigns using the checkboxes on the left.
- Action: Use the “Bulk Actions” dropdown at the top to “Move to Trash.” This helps keep your database clean by removing old, finished experiments.
4. Filtering and Search
As your Campaign Management library grows, finding specific campaigns becomes harder.
- Search Box: Type any part of the campaign name to filter the list instantly. Pro Tip: Use naming conventions like “[Mobile] Summer Sale” so you can type “Mobile” to see all mobile campaigns.
- Status Filters: Click the links at the top (All | Active | Trash) to view only campaigns in a specific state.
5. Quick Export
Need to share data with your boss or client?
- CSV Export: Each campaign has a “Leads” button. Clicking this executes a quick dump of all emails captured by that specific wheel into a CSV file.
- Privacy: This export includes the timestamp, email, prize won, and IP address (unless IP storage is disabled for GDPR).
Conclusion
Your dashboard is where strategy happens. By regularly checking your CTR and managing your active campaigns, you ensure that your Lead Tracking System remains healthy and profitable.
